sch.1-sec.27 Provision of contributions by Commonwealth

The Commonwealth must pay to Housing Australia amounts to enable Housing Australia to make contributions on behalf of the Commonwealth under Help to Buy arrangements. Housing Australia must use amounts provided under subsection (1) only for the purpose mentioned in that subsection. Housing Australia must make contributions on behalf of the Commonwealth under Help to Buy arrangements only from amounts paid to Housing Australia under subsection (1) . Appropriation Amounts payable under subsection (1) are to be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
