sch.1-sec.18 Reporting—cooperating States
Without limiting paragraph 15(2)(b), Housing Australia must take all reasonable steps to comply with any directions that: are included in the Help to Buy Program Directions as mentioned in sub section 25 (3) ; and are directions about reporting on matters relating to the functions mentioned in section 15 .
- (a) are included in the Help to Buy Program Directions as mentioned in sub section 25 (3) ; and
- (b) are directions about reporting on matters relating to the functions mentioned in section 15 .
