sch.1-sec.13 Reporting—participating States and Territories

Without limiting paragraph 10(3)(b), Housing Australia must take all reasonable steps to comply with any directions that: are included in the Help to Buy Program Directions as mentioned in sub section 25 (3) ; and are directions about reporting on matters relating to the functions mentioned in section 10 .

• (a) are included in the Help to Buy Program Directions as mentioned in sub section 25 (3) ; and
• (b) are directions about reporting on matters relating to the functions mentioned in section 10 .
