6 Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction

(1)  [Section 6 Subsection (1) amended by No. 38 of 2020, Sched. 1, Applied:27 Nov 2020] The following Acts, or provisions of Acts, of this jurisdiction do not apply to the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) or to instruments made under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania), other than to the extent provided for in subsections (2) and (3) :

(a) the Acts Interpretation Act 1931 ;

(b) the Archives Act 1983 ;

(c) the Audit Act 2008 ;

(d) [Section 6 Subsection (1) amended by No. 38 of 2020, Sched. 1, Applied:27 Nov 2020] sections 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 50 , 51 , 56 , 57 , 58 and 59 and Parts 4 and 5 of the Financial Management Act 2016 ;

(e) the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 ;

(f) the Right to Information Act 2009 ;

(g) the Rules Publication Act 1953 ;
