13 Relevant tribunal or court

For the purposes of the definition of relevant tribunal or court in section 5 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) –

(a) [Section 13 Amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 122, Applied:01 Jul 2025] the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal is declared to be the relevant tribunal or court for this jurisdiction for the purposes of Chapter 11 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania); and

(b) [Section 13 Amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 122, Applied:01 Jul 2025] the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal is declared to be the relevant tribunal or court for this jurisdiction for the purposes of all other Chapters of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania).
