sec.735 Approved forms
The Regulator may approve forms for use under this Law. The approval of a form must be notified on the Regulator’s website. Failure to comply with subsection (2) does not affect a form’s validity. The function of approving forms includes the function of approving the format of forms. s 735 ins 2013 No. 4 s 12 (sec.735-ssec.1) The Regulator may approve forms for use under this Law.
