sec.728A Duty of confidentiality for electronic work diary protected information
A person who is, or has been, a person exercising functions under this Law must not disclose electronic work diary protected information to another person. Maximum penalty—$20000. Subsection (1) does not apply if— the disclosure is to an entity for an electronic work diary authorised use; or the disclosure is to, or made with the agreement of, the person to whom the information relates. s 728A ins 2015 No. 12 s 62 (sec.728A-ssec.1) A person who is, or has been, a person exercising functions under this Law must not disclose electronic work diary protected information to another person. (sec.728A-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if— the disclosure is to an entity for an electronic work diary authorised use; or the disclosure is to, or made with the agreement of, the person to whom the information relates.
- (a) the disclosure is to an entity for an electronic work diary authorised use; or
- (b) the disclosure is to, or made with the agreement of, the person to whom the information relates.
