sec.726C Evidence obtained in another jurisdiction
To remove any doubt, it is declared that evidence lawfully obtained in a jurisdiction (the first jurisdiction ) is not inadmissible in proceedings for a contravention of this Law in another jurisdiction only because the evidence was obtained in the first jurisdiction. s 726C ins 2018 No. 18 s 31
