sec.683 Delegation by chief executive officer
The chief executive officer of the Regulator may delegate any of the functions conferred on the officer, other than this power of delegation, to— an appropriately qualified member of the staff of the Regulator; or the chief executive of an entity, or a department of government, of a participating jurisdiction. s 683 ins 2013 No. 4 s 12
- (a) an appropriately qualified member of the staff of the Regulator; or
- (b) the chief executive of an entity, or a department of government, of a participating jurisdiction.
