sec.682 Functions of chief executive officer
The chief executive officer of the Regulator— is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Regulator; and has any other functions conferred on the chief executive officer by the Board. s 682 ins 2013 No. 4 s 12
- (a) is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Regulator; and
- (b) has any other functions conferred on the chief executive officer by the Board.
