sec.654 Other approvals
The responsible Ministers may approve— a standard for sleeper berths; or standards and business rules for— advanced fatigue management; or basic fatigue management; or heavy vehicle maintenance management; or heavy vehicle mass management; or a class of auditors for the purposes of Chapter 8 . The approval, and any instrument amending or repealing the approval, must be published in the Commonwealth Gazette. The Regulator must ensure a copy of an approval in force under subsection (1) , and any document the subject of the approval, is— made available for inspection, without charge, during normal business hours at each office of the Regulator; and published on the Regulator’s website. s 654 ins 2013 No. 4 s 12 (sec.654-ssec.1) The responsible Ministers may approve— a standard for sleeper berths; or standards and business rules for— advanced fatigue management; or basic fatigue management; or heavy vehicle maintenance management; or heavy vehicle mass management; or a class of auditors for the purposes of Chapter 8 .
