sec.643 Referral of applications for review of decisions made by road managers
This section applies to a review application relating to a reviewable decision made by a road manager for a road. In Schedule 3 , only decisions made by a road manager (for a road) that is a public authority are reviewable decisions. The Regulator must refer the application to the road manager for review within 2 business days after receiving it.
