sec.528A Information not included in notice or label
This section applies to information required to be included— in a defective vehicle label under section 525 , definition defective vehicle label paragraph (b) (i) ; or in a vehicle defect notice under section 527 (1) (e) . The information need only be included if it is reasonably practicable and safe for the authorised officer to obtain the information. s 528A ins 2015 No. 12 s 54 (sec.528A-ssec.1) This section applies to information required to be included— in a defective vehicle label under section 525 , definition defective vehicle label paragraph (b) (i) ; or in a vehicle defect notice under section 527 (1) (e) . (sec.528A-ssec.2) The information need only be included if it is reasonably practicable and safe for the authorised officer to obtain the information.
