sec.386 Period for which fatigue record keeping exemption (permit) applies
A fatigue record keeping exemption (permit) applies for the period stated in the permit for the exemption. The period may be less than the period sought by the applicant for the fatigue record keeping exemption (permit). (sec.386-ssec.1) A fatigue record keeping exemption (permit) applies for the period stated in the permit for the exemption.
