sec.377 Keeping permit or copy while operating under work diary exemption (permit)
The driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle who is operating under a work diary exemption (permit) must keep the permit or a copy of the permit in the driver’s possession. Maximum penalty—$3000.
