sec.346 Effect of approval
An electronic recording system approval granted under this Subdivision applies to any system identical to the system given to the Regulator for approval. The conditions imposed on the approval under section 343 , or Subdivision 3 , apply to each identical system to which the approval applies. (sec.346-ssec.1) An electronic recording system approval granted under this Subdivision applies to any system identical to the system given to the Regulator for approval.
