sec.331 Destruction of particular work records prohibited
If a work record is required under (or by a condition under) this Part to be kept for a particular period by a person, the person or someone else must not destroy the record before the end of the period. Maximum penalty—$10000. See section 341 for the period for which record keepers for drivers of fatigue-regulated heavy vehicles are required to keep particular work records.
