sec.168 Operation of section 167
Sections 156 to 166 do not apply to a request for consent while a proposed replacement authority is being dealt with under the expedited procedure under section 167 . Those sections apply to the request for consent if section 167 does not apply or ceases to apply, as referred to in section 167 (2) .
