sec.150 Contravening condition of class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation
The driver or operator of a class 2 heavy vehicle being used on a road under a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation must not contravene a condition of the authorisation. Maximum penalty—$6000. Subsection (1) does not apply to a condition mentioned in section 151 (1) . (sec.150-ssec.1) The driver or operator of a class 2 heavy vehicle being used on a road under a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation must not contravene a condition of the authorisation. Maximum penalty—$6000. (sec.150-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a condition mentioned in section 151 (1) .
