sec.149 Refusal of application for class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit)
If the Regulator refuses an application for a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit), the Regulator must give the applicant an information notice for the decision to refuse the application. See section 166 for the requirements for an information notice relating to a road manager’s decision not to give consent to the grant of a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit).
