sec.147 Period for which class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit) applies
A class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit) applies for the period stated in the permit for the authorisation. The period may be less than the period sought by the applicant for the class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit). (sec.147-ssec.1) A class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit) applies for the period stated in the permit for the authorisation. (sec.147-ssec.2) The period may be less than the period sought by the applicant for the class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit).
