sec.110 National regulations may prescribe loading requirements
The national regulations may prescribe requirements (the loading requirements ) about securing a load on a heavy vehicle or a component of a heavy vehicle. Without limiting subsection (1) , the loading requirements may include requirements about the restraint or positioning of a load or any part of it on a motor vehicle or trailer. (sec.110-ssec.1) The national regulations may prescribe requirements (the loading requirements ) about securing a load on a heavy vehicle or a component of a heavy vehicle. (sec.110-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the loading requirements may include requirements about the restraint or positioning of a load or any part of it on a motor vehicle or trailer.
