Part 14.1 Interim provisions relating to Ministers and Board (3) For the purposes of deciding the duration of the term of office of a member of the Board, the term does not start until section 663 commences despite the exercise of any function by the member under subsection (2). (4) The exercise of a function under a relevant provision does not confer a right, or impose a liability, on a person before the relevant provision commences. (5) This section does not limit section 30 of Schedule 1.
