728A Duty of confidentiality for electronic work diary protected Law must not disclose electronic work diary protected information to another person. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if— (a) the disclosure is to an entity for an electronic work diary authorised use; or (b) the disclosure is to, or made with the agreement of, the person to whom the information relates.
