716 Evidence by record about mass A record of the mass of a heavy vehicle, or a component of a heavy vehicle, purporting to be made by the operator of a weighbridge or weighing facility at which the vehicle or component was weighed, or by the operator’s employee— (a) is admissible in a proceeding under this Law; and (b) is evidence of the mass of the vehicle or component at the time it was weighed.
