713 Evidence by certificate by Regulator about matters stated in or worked out from records (1) A certificate purporting to be issued by the Regulator and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— (a) a stated matter appears in a stated record kept by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law; (b) a stated matter appears in a stated record accessed by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law. (2) A certificate purporting to be issued by the Regulator and stating that a matter that has been worked out from either of the following is evidence of the matter— (a) a stated record kept by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law; (b) a stated record accessed by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law. (3) This section does not limit section 711.
