680 Committees (1) The Board may establish committees to assist the Board in exercising its functions. (2) The members of a committee need not be members of the Board. (3) A member of a committee is appointed on the terms and conditions the Board considers appropriate, including terms about remuneration. (4) The procedure for the calling of meetings of a committee and for the conduct of business at the meetings may be decided by the Board or, subject to any decision of the Board, by the committee.
