606 Application of Div 6 This Division applies if a court— (a) convicts a person (the convicted person) of an offence against (b) considers the person to be, or likely to become, a systematic or persistent offender of this Law having regard to the circumstances of offences against this Law and previous corresponding laws for which the person has previously been convicted.
