444 Giving individuals access to their personal information (1) An intelligent access program auditor must, if asked by an individual about whom the auditor holds personal information, give the individual access to the information as soon as practicable and without cost. (2) Subsection (1) does not require an intelligent access program auditor to give an individual access to a report made under section 422, 423, 438, 451 or 452.
