411 Keeping records of intelligent access program information collected (1) An intelligent access program service provider must keep, in a way complying with subsection (2), records of the intelligent access program information collected by the service provider. (2) Records kept under subsection (1) must be organised in a way that allows the records to be conveniently and properly audited by an intelligent access program auditor.
