377 Keeping permit or copy while operating under work diary The driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle who is operating under a work diary exemption (permit) must keep the permit or a copy of the permit in the driver’s possession. (3) In deciding whether or not to grant a fatigue record keeping exemption (notice), the Regulator must have regard to the approved guidelines for granting fatigue record keeping exemptions.
