351 Amendment or cancellation of approval on application (1) The holder of an electronic recording system approval may apply to the Regulator for an amendment or cancellation of the approval.

(c) if the application is for an amendment of the approval, state clearly the amendment sought and outline the reasons for the application; and (d) be accompanied by the certificate of approval for the approval. (c) if the Regulator amended the approval, the Regulator must give the applicant a replacement certificate of approval for the approval as amended. (6) If the Regulator decides not to amend or cancel the approval as sought by the applicant, the Regulator must— (b) return the certificate of approval for the approval to the applicant. certificate of approval, for an electronic recording system approval, means the certificate of approval issued by the Regulator under section 344 for the approval.
