325 False or misleading entries (1) A person must not record something in a work record that the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, is false or misleading. (2) In a proceeding for an offence against subsection (1), it is enough for a charge to state that the entry was ‘false or misleading’, without specifying whether it was false or whether it was misleading.
