315 Ensuring driver complies with Sdivs 1–4 (1) Each responsible party for the driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the driver complies with each of Subdivisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 so far as they are applicable. responsible party, for the driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle, (a) if the driver is an employed driver—an employer of the driver; or (b) if the driver is a self-employed driver—a prime contractor of the (c) an operator of the vehicle; or (d) a scheduler for the vehicle.
