168 Operation of section 167 (1) Sections 156 to 166 do not apply to a request for consent while a proposed replacement authority is being dealt with under the expedited procedure under section 167. (2) Those sections apply to the request for consent if section 167 does not apply or ceases to apply, as referred to in section 167(2).
