162 Imposition of vehicle conditions (1) A relevant road manager for a mass or dimension authority who gives consent to the grant of the authority may ask the Regulator to impose a stated vehicle condition on the authority. (2) If a relevant road manager for a mass or dimension authority makes a request as mentioned in subsection (1), the Regulator must— (a) consider the request and decide— (i) to impose the stated vehicle condition on the authority (with or without modification); or (ii) not to impose the stated vehicle condition on the authority; and (b) notify the relevant road manager of the decision under
