150 Contravening condition of class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (1) The driver or operator of a class 2 heavy vehicle being used on a road under a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation must not contravene a condition of the authorisation. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a condition mentioned in section 151(1).
