143 Regulator’s power to authorise use of a particular class 2 heavy vehicle section 148, authorise, for a period of not more than 3 years, the use of a class 2 heavy vehicle— (a) in stated areas or on stated routes; and (b) during stated hours of stated days. (2) An authorisation under subsection (1) is a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit).
