105 Minor risk breach A contravention of a dimension requirement applying to a heavy vehicle is a minor risk breach if— (a) the dimension requirement relates to the vehicle’s ground clearance; or (b) for a contravention of any other dimension requirement—the subject matter of the contravention is less than the substantial risk breach lower limit for the requirement.
