sec.7 Mass exceptions
The mass exceptions are as follows— the concessional mass limits; the quad axle group mass exception limits; the higher mass limits; the one-tonne tri-axle mass transfer allowance; the Euro VI vehicle mass transfer allowance. See Schedules 2 to 5B for details of the mass exceptions. A mass exception does not apply if a condition of the mass exception imposed under this Regulation is contravened. s 7 amd 2014 SL No. 216 s 6 ; 2015 SL No. 188 s 20 ; 2024 SL No. 201 s 6 (sec.7-ssec.1) The mass exceptions are as follows— the concessional mass limits; the quad axle group mass exception limits; the higher mass limits; the one-tonne tri-axle mass transfer allowance; the Euro VI vehicle mass transfer allowance.
