sec.40 Regulator may make declaration
The Regulator may, by Commonwealth Gazette notice, declare— categories of areas, roads and routes for the purpose of imposing conditions under section 119 (1) or 125 (1) of the Law; or a road to be a major road for the purposes of this Regulation.
- (a) categories of areas, roads and routes for the purpose of imposing conditions under section 119 (1) or 125 (1) of the Law; or
- (b) a road to be a major road for the purposes of this Regulation.
