sec.34 Return of HML permit
If a person’s HML permit is amended or cancelled, the Regulator may, by notice, require the person to return the permit to the Regulator. The person must comply with the notice within 7 days after the notice is given to the person or, if a longer period is stated in the notice, within the longer period. Maximum penalty—$4000. If the HML permit has been amended, the Regulator must give the person a replacement permit as amended. (sec.34-ssec.1) If a person’s HML permit is amended or cancelled, the Regulator may, by notice, require the person to return the permit to the Regulator.
