sec.33 Minor amendment of HML permit
The Regulator may, by notice given to the holder of an HML permit, amend the permit in a minor respect— for a formal or clerical reason; or in another way that does not adversely affect the holder’s interests. The Regulator must provide the relevant road manager with notice of the amendment. (sec.33-ssec.1) The Regulator may, by notice given to the holder of an HML permit, amend the permit in a minor respect— for a formal or clerical reason; or in another way that does not adversely affect the holder’s interests. (sec.33-ssec.2) The Regulator must provide the relevant road manager with notice of the amendment.
