sec.21 Application for HML permit
A person may apply to the Regulator for an HML permit. The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application. The Regulator may, by notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the Regulator any additional information the Regulator reasonably requires to decide the application. (sec.21-ssec.1) A person may apply to the Regulator for an HML permit. (sec.21-ssec.2) The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application. (sec.21-ssec.3) The Regulator may, by notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the Regulator any additional information the Regulator reasonably requires to decide the application.
- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application.
