sec.12 Regulator’s power to declare areas and routes for higher mass limits
The Regulator may, by Commonwealth Gazette notice complying with section 15 , declare an area in which or a route on which stated types of HML heavy vehicles are authorised to be used under the higher mass limits. A declaration under subsection (1) is an HML declaration .
