sch.8-sec.6 Headlights
This section applies to a class 1 heavy vehicle that is an oversize vehicle, or the towing vehicle of a class 1 heavy vehicle that is an oversize vehicle, that is required to have headlights under the Heavy Vehicle (Vehicle Standards) National Regulation . The class 1 heavy vehicle, or the towing vehicle, must have its low-beam headlights on while it is being used in the daytime. In this section— low-beam , for a headlight fitted to a heavy vehicle, has the meaning it has for the purposes of the Heavy Vehicle (Vehicle Standards) National Regulation . (sch.8-sec.6-ssec.1) This section applies to a class 1 heavy vehicle that is an oversize vehicle, or the towing vehicle of a class 1 heavy vehicle that is an oversize vehicle, that is required to have headlights under the Heavy Vehicle (Vehicle Standards) National Regulation . (sch.8-sec.6-ssec.2) The class 1 heavy vehicle, or the towing vehicle, must have its low-beam headlights on while it is being used in the daytime.
