sch.8-sec.24 Speed limits for agricultural implements without brakes
An agricultural implement without brakes must not be towed by a vehicle at a speed greater than the lesser of the following— 20km/hr less than the speed limit applying to the vehicle under the Road Rules; 50km/hr.
- (a) 20km/hr less than the speed limit applying to the vehicle under the Road Rules;
- (b) 50km/hr.
