sch.8-sec.19 Application of Div 4
This Division applies only to a class 1 heavy vehicle that is an agricultural vehicle or agricultural combination. A reference in this Division to an agricultural vehicle or agricultural combination is taken to be a reference to an agricultural vehicle or agricultural combination that is a class 1 heavy vehicle. (sch.8-sec.19-ssec.1) This Division applies only to a class 1 heavy vehicle that is an agricultural vehicle or agricultural combination. (sch.8-sec.19-ssec.2) A reference in this Division to an agricultural vehicle or agricultural combination is taken to be a reference to an agricultural vehicle or agricultural combination that is a class 1 heavy vehicle.
