sch.6-sec.8 Height
A heavy vehicle must not be higher than— for a vehicle built to carry cattle, horses, pigs or sheep—4.6m; or for a vehicle built with at least 2 decks for carrying vehicles—4.6m; or An example is included under section 12 (2) . for a specified semitrailer—4.6m; or for a double-decker bus—4.4m; or for another vehicle—4.3m. In this section— specified semitrailer has the same meaning as it has in section 153A (2) of the Law. sch 6 s 8 amd 2020 SL No. 19 s 5 (sch.6-sec.8-ssec.1) A heavy vehicle must not be higher than— for a vehicle built to carry cattle, horses, pigs or sheep—4.6m; or for a vehicle built with at least 2 decks for carrying vehicles—4.6m; or An example is included under section 12 (2) . for a specified semitrailer—4.6m; or for a double-decker bus—4.4m; or for another vehicle—4.3m.
