7 Mass exceptions
(1) The mass exceptions are as follows—
(a) the concessional mass limits;
(b) the quad axle group mass exception limits;
(c) the higher mass limits;
(d) the one-tonne tri-axle mass transfer allowance;
(e) the Euro VI vehicle mass transfer allowance.
Note—
See Schedules 2 to 5B for details of the mass exceptions.
(2) A mass exception does not apply if a condition of the mass exception imposed under this Regulation is contravened.
